Most barbers don't leave a shop because of the money. They leave because the environment stopped matching their standard. Redlan's Gentlemen's Grooming was built for the professional who is ready for a shop that actually operates at their level. We are an appointment-based, Summit Certified, award-winning barbershop in Eagle, Idaho — and we are looking for experienced, licensed barbers, barber stylists, and cosmetologists who take pride in their craft and want to build something worth having. This is not a walk-in shop. This is not a chair rental environment. This is a professional organization built around systems, culture, standards, and long-term career growth. Who we are looking for. You are licensed, experienced, and ready for more. You value consistency, professionalism, and relationship-based service. You thrive in a structured environment with clear expectations and real growth opportunities. You understand that how you show up behind the chair reflects the level you operate at in every other area of your life. We would rather have one right person than ten who are simply available. What you will do. Deliver precision haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services at a consistently high standard Build long-term relationships with an established, appointment-based clientele Participate in ongoing education, team development, and monthly PDMs Maintain professional standards in service, appearance, and communication Recommend professional-grade products to support guests between appointments Contribute to and protect the culture Redlan's is known for What you bring. Active Idaho Barber or Cosmetology license Demonstrated experience behind the chair Strong communication skills and professional presence A coachable, team-oriented mindset Genuine passion for the craft and for guest experience Reliability and accountability What Redlan's offers. Performance-based commission structure — $26 to $45/hour based on your level and results Appointment-based clientele with established guest demand 6-level career path with 90-day performance reviews and clear advancement criteria Ongoing in-house education, mentorship, and Hair Jam sessions Education fund for outside training ($50-$300 based on level) Monthly Personal Development Meetings (PDMs) Paid vacation based on level after one year Holiday pay after one year Retail commission bonus Referral program Strategic marketing support — we promote you Flexible scheduling built around work-life balance Professional, modern, high-standard work environment Free parking How to apply.
