As a barber , you will play a key role in the success of Nancy's Beauty Salon, bringing your passion for personal grooming and excellent customer service. This position offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills in haircuts, shaves, beard grooming, and other barbering services while working in a dynamic, professional, and team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality experiences to our clients, managing client relationships, and supporting daily business operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and other barbering services in a professional and personalized manner tailored to each client's needs. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client preferences and offering professional recommendations regarding hair and beard care. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation by properly cleaning and sterilizing all tools and equipment, including straight razors and clippers. Requirements Proven barbering experience with strong skills in haircuts, shaves, beard design and grooming, and men's styling. Knowledge of different hair types, cutting techniques, and modern styles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to strictly adhere to hygiene and safety standards. A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to continuous learning. A passion for new barbering trends and techniques to ensure the best possible client experience. Why join us?
