We are looking for passionate stylists to provide services such as coloring, styling, cutting, and grooming services to a wide variety of clients. We strive for clients to leave our salon feeling like the best versions of themselves, and we are looking for stylists who share this passion! Additional duties include maintaining a professional atmosphere and keeping the area around you clean and sanitary at all times. Additionally, some assistance may be required in completing chores such as laundry, sweeping, hot towels, trash, etc., as well as front desk duties so that stylists are able to assist their clients in any way they can to make the client experience as enjoyable as possible. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet client preferences. Apply advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and color theory principles to achieve desired results. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, including sterilizing tools like straight razors. Understand salon software to be able to check out, rebook, schedule, or in any other way assist clients. Upsell retail products effectively by demonstrating their benefits and educating clients on proper use. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques and customer service excellence. Support store management with daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment. Skills Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and haircutting with a strong understanding of color theory. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and understand their desired outcomes. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining professionalism.
