The Barber Syndicate is a modern barbershop built on the belief that exceptional barbering is equal parts skill, professionalism, and experience. Opening our flagship location in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, we are creating an elevated environment where talented barbers can build thriving businesses while delivering a level of service clients genuinely look forward to. Established clientele preferred, but not required. We are willing to invest in barbers who demonstrate professionalism, coachability, strong technical skills, and a commitment to growth. We're seeking barbers who: Hold an active Illinois Barber License Consistently deliver high-quality cuts, shaves, and grooming services Prioritize the client experience from consultation to checkout Conduct themselves professionally and represent the brand with pride Are reliable, punctual, and committed to growing their business Have an established clientele or are motivated to build one Whether you're an experienced barber looking for a premium home for your clientele or an up-and-coming professional ready to grow, we'd love to meet you.
