we provide steady clientele and lasting connections. Duties Perform precise haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences using barbering techniques. it is not required, but appreciated if you also know how to apply color theory principles to recommend and execute hair coloring or highlighting treatments. Utilize salon software like FRESHA to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Provide excellent customer service by listening actively to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products such as hair care items or grooming accessories. Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management with daily operations. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of haircutting, shaving techniques (including straight razor use), and styling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe salon environment. Ability to manage retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
