Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, providing expert advice on hair care products, and upselling retail items effectively. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools like straight razors and implementing sanitation protocols for all workstations. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments via salon software, and handling inquiries professionally. Mentor junior staff and trainees in hair threading, makeup application, retail math, and overall salon operations to foster a collaborative team environment. Support store management with inventory control, retail merchandising, and achieving sales goals through strategic upselling techniques. Experience Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques such as hair extensions and eyelash extensions. Knowledge of salon software platforms like

for scheduling and client management. Familiarity with store management practices including retail sales strategies, inventory control, and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively.
