In this role, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training in a variety of cosmetology and esthetic techniques. Your expertise will help students develop their skills, confidence, and industry knowledge to succeed in competitive beauty careers. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive lessons on cosmetology and esthetic topics, including hair styling, coloring, nail care, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and more Conduct practical demonstrations of advanced techniques in Cosmetology or Esthetics Utilize Pivot Point LAB for theory and practical training Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to students to enhance their technical skills and professional growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment equipped with necessary tools and products Assess student progress through evaluations, practical exams, and portfolio reviews to ensure readiness for licensing or certification Requirements Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetics with a strong background in hair styling, coloring, nail care, facials, makeup application, and aesthetic treatments Familiarity with advanced procedures including eyelash extensions, hair extensions, barbering, and facial treatments Ability to cater to diverse learning styles while maintaining high standards of professionalism Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate students and foster a positive learning environment Licensure in cosmetology or esthetics required.
