PAY AND INCENTIVES

Stylists typically average $24

• 35/hr including base pay + tips + incentives + insurance + 401k. Our top stylists earn even more!
• Higher base pay for Full-Time Flex Stylists (32+ hours/week)
• Weekend Bonus for working Saturday and Sunday shifts

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND AVAILABILITY

• A valid IL cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Industry passion. Candidates with availability limited to early mornimgs or weekdays only will not be a good fit for this role.
