Support front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling client inquiries professionally. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, nail care, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong knowledge of salon procedures and sanitation practices. Skilled in hair extensions application, color theory, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care techniques. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client records. Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations. Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining high customer service standards. Prior experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
