Duties Perform a variety of hair services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to boost sales and client loyalty Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm and professionalism Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering Experience Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber Experience in retail sales with an understanding of retail math to maximize product upselling opportunities Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to cosmetology Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate within a team environment enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives! .
