!!! Duties Perform Cutting services. Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sanitation procedures for tools and work station. Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients' needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products to support their beauty goals. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management with daily operations. Mentor junior stylists and team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and skill development. Skills Proficiency in hair cutting. Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs clearly and build lasting relationships. Ability to upsell retail products like hair care items. Experience with mentoring new team members to promote professional growth within the team.
