Mens Salon Stylist

The HoneyCuts in St. John is an employee orientated employer and has an opening for one Part-time, and one Full-time stylist. You bring your basic tools, and we provide everything else. No Booth rental, and we provide all backbar product. As an hourly W-2 employee you get the maximum benefit from your employment. Tips Schedule:

Part-time Monday and Wednesday 3 PM - 8 PM Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Schedule:

Full-time Weekdays 4 or 8 hour shifts totaling 24 to 28 hours depending on availability Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments while adhering to sanitation standards. Utilize salon software, for scheduling and managing appointments. Educate clients on hair care techniques and recommend products for retail sales. Mentor junior stylists and assist with front desk operations as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques Qualifications Proven customer service skills and strong communication abilities Proficiency in hair styling, including barbering and cosmetology Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards Familiarity with salon software. Ability to manage retail sales and front desk operations
