Deliver expert nail care services like manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Apply makeup for special occasions or photo shoots using current trends and color theory principles. Manage retail sales by recommending products during consultations and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workspaces in accordance with health regulations. Handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling via salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, greeting guests warmly, and managing guest services efficiently. Use social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community online. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize revenue while ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations aligned with their goals. Stay current on industry trends such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, tattooing (if certified), and med spa procedures to provide innovative solutions. Skills Proven expertise in cosmetology with certifications in hair styling, nail care, esthetic treatments, or barbering. Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee daily salon operations smoothly. Proficiency with salon management software like Millennium or

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client records. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Experience with social media management for marketing purposes and building a loyal client base online. Ability to perform specialized procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, laser therapies, or deep tissue massage (training provided if necessary). Skilled in retail sales techniques with a focus on upselling products that complement services offered. Familiarity with color theory for hair coloring services and makeup application techniques for various skin tones and occasions. A passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends like hair extensions, straight razor shaves, or tattooing (where applicable).
