Duties Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet client preferences and enhance their appearance Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on styles, treatments, and maintenance Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with salon regulations and safety protocols Use salon software such as Styletime to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Apply advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, keratin treatments, and eyelash extensions to diversify service offerings Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to support clients' ongoing beauty routines Mentor junior staff or apprentices to develop their skills in hair styling, barbering, threading, and nail care Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable Strong understanding of color theory for creating customized color treatments Proficiency in using salon management software for scheduling and retail transactions Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff Store management experience or leadership qualities are a plus for those interested in supervisory roles Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude that makes every client feel valued Join us in creating beautiful transformations while building lasting relationships!
