The ideal candidate should be compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hair care services including cutting, coloring, styling and treatments.
• Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to learn techniques and provide treatments to new clients. Qualifications
• Must be available to work full time, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Must have experience with different hair types, including Natural textures.
• Must have experience with Silk press, Braids & Twists, Roller sets and Relaxer application.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills needed
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Punctual, Ability to Work Independently as well as with others
• Must hold a current and active cosmetology license
• Must have a positive attitude in all aspects of the job
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote additional services and products
• Enjoys working in a private serene environment
• Must pass criminal background check
• Ability to adapt and routinely learn new skills
