We offer our Cosmetology Educator a starting pay of $17.50+ per hour , based on experience.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time teaching position operates on the following schedule: Tuesday - Saturday , 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

YOUR DAY

As our Cosmetology Educator, you will lead classroom instruction, demonstrate industry techniques, and provide constructive feedback to students. You'll guide them through real-world guest services in the clinic classroom, helping them build confidence and develop their skills. Your role is essential in creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported and inspired.

REQUIREMENTS

Current cosmetology license A cosmetology license is required. Don't have your instructor license yet? No problem - we believe in growing our own talent and will help you get licensed as an instructor.

WHO ARE YOU

Bring your craft, your warmth, and your classroom energy. You're a licensed cosmetology professional who knows how to connect with people and can turn technical skills into teachable moments. While classroom or salon training experience is a plus, what matters most is your enthusiasm for mentoring, patience with learners, and commitment to professional standards. Experience teaching or training in the beauty industry is a plus, but not required. If you bring enthusiasm, patience, and a love for teaching, we want to hear from you!
