Job Description
Street Salon is in high visibility location. Great customer base with lots of exposure. Join our small shop. We offer relaxed atmosphere and ability to be creative. The customer base is made up of students, professionals, tourists, and local residents of the Back Bay. looking for highly motivated barbers and stylists.
Responsibilities:
- Hair Stylists or Barbers with good customer service skills, technical skills
- looking for early morning shifts.
- Perform styles and designs according to client preferences, colorist, etc.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Educate clients on proper care and recommend appropriate products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Looking for long term commitment and to build strong client relationships
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Hair Stylist, Barber
- Will consider recent cosmetology or barber graduate
- Knowledge of additional beauty services such as hair extensions, straight razor shaving, eyelash extensions, makeup application, etc. is a bonus
- Comfortable to take on additional tasks in daily operations of a salon
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients We offer competitive compensation.
Pay:
$6,000.00- $90,000.
