Are you a licensed cosmetologist looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced, award-winning salon? We are seeking a motivated Salon Assistant who is eager to learn, build a successful career, and work alongside talented mentors.
What You'll Do:
Assist stylists with guests and salon services Shampoo and prepare guests for appointments Help maintain salon cleanliness and organization Support daily salon operations Learn advanced techniques in cutting, coloring, styling, and guest experience Participate in ongoing education and training
What We're Looking For:
Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment Passion for the beauty industry and continued education Team player with a willingness to learn
