Barber/Stylist

We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care and styling, possess excellent customer service skills, and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.

• Duties:

• Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients of all ages and hair types
• Provide hair coloring, highlighting, and chemical treatments as requested
• Offer hair threading, nail care, and other beauty services based on client preferences
• Sanitate workstations and tools to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Utilize color theory to create personalized looks for clients
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
• Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
• Utilize salon software for booking appointments and managing client profiles
• Demonstrate proficiency in retail math for product sales
• Oversee store management tasks as needed
