for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and store revenue Assist at the front desk with greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries to ensure smooth salon operations Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, color theory, store management, and customer service excellence Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills in hair styling, coloring, and treatments Knowledge of salon software systems such as
