Salon Assistant | Dellaria Salons Newton Centre Are you a recent cosmetology grad or nearing the end of beauty school? Dellaria Salons Newton Centre is looking for a driven, team-oriented Salon Assistant to join our team — and we are serious about your growth. This is not just a job. It's a career launchpad. As a Salon Assistant, you will spend your first months immersed in the full salon experience — learning our products, techniques, and culture by working alongside some of the best stylists in the industry.

Your training roadmap includes:

In-Salon Mentorship — Shadow and assist our senior stylists, learn our service standards, product knowledge, and what it means to deliver an exceptional guest experience Pyrametrics Cutting Program (12 weeks) — Our proprietary cutting system developed by John Dellaria himself. This method teaches a structured approach to hair that equips you to execute any haircut with confidence Color Certification Program (18 weeks, 3 phases) — Phase 1: Single-process application and formulation | Phase 2: Foiling | Phase 3: Balayage and color correction Business & Front Desk Training — You'll also learn the business side of the salon, including front desk operations, so you understand the full client experience from every angle Promotion to Junior Stylist typically happens within 6-12 months based on your progress and readiness.
