Duties Provide expert haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored specifically for children of all ages. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols. Use salon software like Mangomint for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out processes, and answering customer inquiries with excellent communication skills. Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations, including retail math calculations and inventory management. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling for children. Knowledge of salon software systems like Mangomint for scheduling and sales management. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for kids. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children and parents alike.
