As a Hair Stylist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. If you have a flair for creativity and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client's needs. Perform makeup application and offer advice on beauty products to enhance clients' overall appearance. Offer additional services such as barbering, nail care, eyelash extensions, and hair threading as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to health and safety standards. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Utilize retail math skills to manage product inventory effectively and assist in retail sales. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to provide innovative services. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in the beauty industry. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and threading. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with retail sales processes and basic retail math skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A valid cosmetology license is not required but preferred Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
