• Salon Assistant / Associate
• We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in or graduated from a cosmetology/barber program to join our team as a salon associate!

As a salon associate, you would be on a track to become one of our future hair professionals and start a career with us by assisting a team of talented stylist with their appointments, all the while broadening your cosmetology skills in our robust free education program. While assisting, you can expect to perform skills such as shampoo, deep conditioning treatments, toners/gloss application, and blow drying.

• Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Must hold a cosmetology license, or be enrolled in cosmetology school
• Assist stylists with their hair appointments, performing tasks such as shampooing, blow drying, applying toner/glosses, performing deep conditioning treatments, etc
• Maintain salon cleanliness and stock backbar inventory as needed
• Exhibit an ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively while maintaining composure and having positive client interactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and an enhanced salon experience for a diverse clientele
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

In our associate program you can expect to work as a salon assistant with an hourly rate plus tips and benefits, and take advantage of 3x/month free in salon continuing education classes, individualized training with our education director, working one on one with top stylists, as well as opportunity days to take clients prior to graduating and going on the floor as a level 1 stylist.
