Duties Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, trims, blowouts, and specialized treatments such as hair extensions and roller sets. Provide expert barbering services like straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic men's cuts Apply color theory principles to deliver vibrant hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and corrective color work Utilize salon software such as

for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by disinfecting tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or products Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-in/out, and retail product upselling Skills Proficiency in hair styling techniques and barbering skills including straight razor use and hair threading Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired hair coloring results Experience with retail sales, upselling products such as hair care items, makeup, nail care products, and retail math skills for inventory management Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and mentor junior team members Ability to perform nail care services when needed and apply makeup for special occasions or everyday looks Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff •
