Duties Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services using current techniques and trends. Manage retail sales by recommending products based on client needs during consultations or product demos. Handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client transformations, and grow the salon's online presence. Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize guest experience while ensuring excellent customer service. . Skills Extensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including hair styling, coloring, cutting, and barbering techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of retail sales strategies with a focus on upselling products and services confidently. Familiarity with health standards related to sanitation and sterilization practices in a salon environment. Competence in handling front desk operations including appointment booking and guest inquiries.
