We are seeking a talented, licensed Hair Stylist with strong technical skills, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to work confidently with a diverse clientele and various hair textures and types. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced stylist and colorist who is proficient in: Hair coloring and color correction Precision haircuts for women, men, and children Silk presses Blowouts and styling Deep conditioning and hair treatments Natural hair care Textured and multicultural hair services Special occasion and event styling Client consultations and retail recommendations Qualifications Current cosmetology license Proven experience as a professional hairstylist Strong color formulation and application skills Experience working with all hair types and textures Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Proficiency with salon software such as Vagaro/ Gloss Genius for scheduling and retail management Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment Ability to perform specialized services including eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and headspa is a plus, but not required 2 years + experience Compensation & Benefits Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available Pay range: $24-$30 per hour Hourly and commission-based compensation options available Flexible scheduling Immediate start available for qualified candidates Booth Rental Opportunity Limited booth rental spaces available for established stylists with an existing clientele of 25+ clients per week .
