What Commission Means Here Commission at Newfound means partnership — and it means earning what your skill is actually worth. Our service pricing reflects the high quality we hold our team to, which means your commission directly reflects that value. Commission starts at 40% with earning potential up to 50% based on revenue, client retention, and skill — with no booth rental overhead, no inventory management, no back-end busywork eating into your hours.
