This role is ideal for stylists who are somewhat established behind the chair and ready for a laid-back luxury environment, strong earning potential, and continued growth — without the overhead, isolation, or self-marketing pressure of independent suites. Commission Structure & Earnings:

Competitive tiered commission based on productivity and booking % Booth Rental negotiable 10% commission on retail sales Supplemental insurance available Our salon attracts clients who value quality, consistency, and experience. Stylists joining early can transition existing clientele, while continuing to grow in a high-visibility location, or, if established, stylists can expand their earnings through a competitive commission structure and access to new high-intent clients.
