Responsibilities As part of our team, you'll: Guest Care & Professionalism Arrive prepared to maximize your day Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations Build lasting connections with authenticity, respect, and compassion Education & Growth Engage in ongoing education and advanced Aveda training Welcome feedback from mentors and guests Stay curious and passionate about your craft Business & Marketing Maintain 70-85% booked and 65-80% guest retention Utilize social media to market yourself and engage guests Educate guests on Aveda products (25-40% purchasing goal) Teamwork & Salon Standards Support salon upkeep and shared responsibilities Contribute to a positive, energized, and professional environment Perks & Benefits Compensation (full time) : Training Period (3-6 months, ~35 hrs/week): avg. $437/week Year 1-2: ~$57,000/year (incl. tips) Year 3-5: ~$68,000/year Year 6-8: ~$75,000/year Year 9+: ~$96,000/year
