About Us:

Mosley School of Cosmetology is an accredited and licensed institution dedicated to excellence in beauty education. We are expanding with a new Barber College Division , and we're seeking passionate Barber Instructors to help us build the next generation of licensed barbers.

Job Summary:

As a Barber Instructor, you will lead students through theory and practical training, helping them develop professional barbering skills and preparing them for state licensing exams and real-world success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver curriculum-based instruction in both theory and hands-on barbering techniques Monitor student progress and provide individualized support Maintain accurate attendance and grading records Ensure classroom and clinic floor compliance with state board regulations Motivate and mentor students to meet educational and professional goals

Qualifications:

Licensed Barber Instructor in the State of Michigan (Required) Minimum 1 years of professional barbering experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for education and student development
