Responsibilities Perform cosmetology services including hair styling, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions with precision and creativity. Deliver esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and esthetic laser procedures to enhance skin health and appearance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and retail options through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client goals. Support the team during special events or promotions by demonstrating services like makeup application or deep tissue massage. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a cosmetologist or esthetician with current certification. Experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or other advanced skincare techniques is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application proficiently. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
