to schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain client records efficiently Provide mentorship and training to junior stylists and barbers, sharing expertise in sanitation practices, retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and retail math to boost revenue Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety protocols across all services to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff Oversee store management duties including inventory control, product merchandising, retail sales growth, and achieving sales targets through effective upselling Foster excellent communication with clients by understanding their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits Requirements Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating skills in hair extensions, coloring (color theory), makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations Expertise in salon software systems such as
