Duties:

  • Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
  • Educate clients on proper hair and skincare techniques
  • Upsell salon products and services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Valid cosmetology license
  • Proficiency in color theory and application techniques
  • Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform retail sales
  • Experience with front desk operations and store management is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling
