Employ straight razor techniques for precision cuts when required. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client hair care routines. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to salon policies and procedures. Skills Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of current trends. Knowledgeable in cosmetology principles and practices. Experience with salon software for efficient appointment management. Strong front desk skills with the ability to manage client interactions professionally. Ability to perform nail care services effectively. Excellent mentoring skills to support the development of junior staff members. Proficient in straight razor techniques for advanced styling options.
