Responsibilities:

Perform haircuts and styling services tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to recommend hair care products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements:

Valid cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota. Proven experience in hair cutting and styling techniques. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning. Flexibility to work weekends. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to salon success. Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling and client management.
