Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise technique and natural-looking results that meet client expectations Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, body waxing, and skin rejuvenation procedures Deliver hair styling services such as hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor shaves with professionalism and attention to detail Conduct consultations to assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments or products, and educate clients on skincare routines and maintenance Manage retail sales by promoting skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty tools through engaging product demos and upselling techniques Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations Utilize salon software like Millennium or

for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build a loyal community of followers Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries professionally, and ensuring smooth appointment flow Assist with marketing efforts through social media content creation and participation in promotional events to attract new clients Qualifications Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification; additional credentials in Lash Extension application or Barbering are a plus Proven experience in eyelash extensions, facial treatments, body waxing, hair styling or related beauty services; med spa experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon or spa environment Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
