We are a structured, team-based salon focused on professionalism, consistency, healthy hair, and an elevated guest experience across all hair textures. We are looking for someone reliable, polished, kind, efficient behind the chair, and confident in their skills. This position may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and salon needs. Weekend availability is required.

Wednesday

• Saturday | 10:00 AM
• 6:00 PM Sunday 10:00am
• 6:00pm Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Services may include: Blowouts + signature finishing Silk presses Shampoo + conditioning + hot towel services Dry cuts and trims Natural styling services Basic color services (root touch-ups, glosses, toners) Light extension blending Basic facial waxing (if trained) Additional responsibilities: Delivering professional customer service Completing services within scheduled time frames Maintaining a clean and polished workstation Following salon timing, systems, and service standards Participating in training and team meetings Assisting in maintaining a welcoming salon environment Capturing simple work content when needed (hair/results only)

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Qualifications Valid cosmetology license (any U.S. state) Must be confident working with ALL hair textures Strong blow-drying and finishing skills Able to perform services independently This position is not suitable for beginners or newly licensed stylists Professional Expectations Strong attendance and punctuality required Must maintain professionalism and confidence behind the chair Must work efficiently at a professional pace Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented attitude required Frequent call-outs or tardiness are not compatible with this role Must maintain a polished appearance and follow dress code standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable performing repetitive styling movements Base Requirements Must pass a clean background check for base access Must comply with Ft. Leonard Wood regulations and salon sanitation standards
