Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Hair Stylist . In this dynamic role, you will work one on one with retired, and older adults 2 days a week &foster lasting client relationships. Your passion for hair artistry and dedication to customer satisfaction will help clients look and feel their best every day. The salon needs stylists proficient in cuts, colors, permanent waves, shampoo styles as well as shampoo and roller sets. It is a percentage paying job. Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling, and special occasion updos with precision and flair Apply hair color using advanced techniques such as color theory principles to achieve vibrant, customized results Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, clear communication skills, and personalized recommendations Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and answering calls. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques Strong understanding of sanitation practices and salon safety protocols Excellent communication skills.
