Cosmetology Instructor/Learning Leader Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis Do you love the beauty industry and want to help shape the next generation of cosmetologists? A Missouri Instructor License is required for this role. Candidates who do not yet hold an Instructor License but are interested in pursuing one are encouraged to apply. Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis can provide guidance and support in obtaining the required instructor credentials. What You'll Do Teach engaging classroom and clinic instruction using Paul Mitchell curriculum Prepare students for graduation and state board licensure Mentor Future Professionals in technical, professional, and personal growth Monitor student progress and provide feedback Support a positive and professional clinic classroom culture Maintain compliance with state board and institutional policies Qualifications Active Missouri Cosmetology License Missouri Instructor License or willingness to obtain Professional salon experience with verifiable references Passion for mentoring and education Work Environment Classroom and clinic-based teaching environment Fast-paced, student focused educational setting Collaborative team culture Equal Opportunity Employer Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
