Duties Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction Deliver expert consultations on color theory and hair care techniques to educate clients on maintaining their look at home Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products such as hair care items and makeup Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering, and customer service excellence Qualifications Valid Cosmetology, Nail Tech, Esthetics or Barbering license as required by state regulations Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques with a focus on customer satisfaction Skilled in advanced services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently without pressure Passion for continuous learning in areas like color theory, makeup application, and store management Join us to turn your passion into a thriving career where creativity meets professionalism!
