We're looking for a skilled barber who treats grooming as a craft and every client like the most important person in the room. If you've got the technical chops and the personality to match, there's a chair here with your name on it. The Role Master the craft. Deliver precision fades, classic cuts, buzz cuts, and sharp beard sculpting across every hair type and texture. Own the experience. Lead real consultations and finish strong with straight-razor work, hot lather, and hot-towel service. Build your book. Turn walk-ins into regulars, keep your column full, and stay current on the styles clients are asking for. What You Bring License. An active North Carolina (or South Carolina) barber or cosmetology license — non-negotiable. Skills. Pro-level clipper and shear work plus confident straight-razor technique, comfortable on every age and hair type that walks in. The vibe. Great with people, easy inside a crew, and dialed-in on a clean, organized station. The hustle. Comfortable with booking software and sharp enough to recommend the right products — without the hard sell.
