Clinic Floor Learning Leader coaches all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication.
Skills/Competencies Required:
Current cosmetology and instructor license Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skillsSkills in teamwork, and documentation Solid work history with verifiable references Passion for the beauty industry Professionalism Eager to gain more development with cutting, color, class room management, and relationship building with Paul Mitchell Advance Education.
