Mothers and Bridesmaids Stylist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Mother's and Bridesmaids Stylist to join our vibrant team on weekends! In this role, you will be the go-to expert for creating stunning looks that enhance the beauty and confidence of mothers and bridesmaids. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their vision and recommend suitable styles for mothers and bridesmaids, ensuring their preferences are prioritized. Follow up with customers who did, and did not purchase inviting them to come back using the text or email option within our software. Utilize bridal salon software to enter customers favorites, create special orders, and communicate directly with your customers. Learn to log into designer's websites to check dress availability, delivery timelines, and color choices. Assist clients with style recommendations related to their style preferences, time of year, and formality. Requirements Excellent communication skills to connect with customers effectively and provide personalized service. Experience in retail sales, using a point of sale system. Ability to multi-task and help potentially multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.
