We are currently hiring experienced Wax Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and results-driven service. Prior full-body waxing experience is required, and European Wax Center experience is highly preferred. Candidates must hold a valid New Jersey Cosmetology or Esthetician License. Our ideal candidate is confident in speed waxing, professional, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is also a sales-driven position, so candidates must be comfortable educating guests on products, packages, add-on services, and rebooking to help grow their business and maximize guest retention. This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Scheduling is based on the needs of the business, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Cosmetology or Esthetician License Previous waxing experience required EWC experience strongly preferred Strong sales and communication skills Ability to build guest relationships and maintain retention Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule with required weekend availability Compensation includes: Hourly wage Keep 100% of your tips Commission opportunities Performance-based bonuses At European Wax Center, we provide ongoing support, training, and opportunities for growth within the company.
