Hair Salon Professional (Full-Service Cosmetologist and Barbers

• No Nail Services) We are seeking a talented cosmetologist to join our dynamic hair salon team.

This role focuses on providing a wide range of hair and beauty services permitted under a cosmetology license, excluding nail services. Our ideal candidate is passionate about hair care, styling, and enhancing clients' confidence through high-quality service and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, styling, blowouts, and treatments
• Perform chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments
• Offer scalp treatments and hair care consultations tailored to individual client needs
• Provide additional cosmetology services such as makeup application, waxing, and skincare (if applicable under license)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
