Perform specialized barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and hair threading to meet diverse client needs. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments using salon software like MINDBODY, and addressing inquiries with clear communication skills.

Manage front desk duties efficiently:

answering calls, booking appointments Experience Proven experience in professional cosmetology or barbering with a strong portfolio of hair styling work. Knowledge of advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care is highly desirable. Familiarity with salon software systems like

for scheduling and client management. Strong understanding of color theory to create personalized color treatments for clients. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clientele and team members. Experience in retail sales, upselling strategies, and store management enhances your ability to contribute to the salon's growth.
