Tekniques Salon is in our 29th Year in Business and we are currently short handed with several clients needing a new stylist to accommodate them our Team at our East Brunswick Location. Do you have a desire to work in a team supported environment? Our salon is a haven for work life balance, we are open 4 days a week. Wednesday through Saturday. Lots of support from our awesome Front desk care team to our Apprentice assistant Team. We collaborate monthly to nurture our Team and our guest experience. There is a consistent flow of new guests and plenty of client sharing opportunities. We mentor in Financial systems and guide you on how to work smarter not harder. Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey cosmetology license
• Proven experience as an established Hair Stylist,.
• Proficiency in various hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus
• Experience with texture services: Keratins, Extensions, or Magic Sleek is a Plus.
