Job Description
Responsibilities Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and straight razor services. Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive experience and build long-term client relationships. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate services and products. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with state regulations and shop standards. Utilize Vagaro software to manage appointments, client notes, and schedules. Participate in ongoing education and contribute to a positive team-oriented environment. Qualifications Active New Jersey Barber or Cosmetology License required. Previous barbering experience preferred. Strong skills in fades, tapers, beard grooming, and shear work. Straight razor shaving experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Familiarity with Vagaro or similar booking software is a plus. What We Offer Competitive commission structure with tiered earnings up to 70% commission .
