Job Overview We are seeking a talented and Licensed Barber to join our team. We take pride in what we do and the experience we provide for our clients. You will be responsible for providing top tier grooming, styling, and detailed haircuts. In addition, you will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a barber shop that supports you in your craft and your ambition to become a better barber. Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations Utilize Booksy software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations Offer personalized product recommendations through retail sales of hair care Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and supporting store management operations Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state of New Jersey Proven experience in barbering with expertise in haircuts, beard trims, and grooming techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized consultations Demonstrated proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Passion for continuous learning in new grooming trends Join us as a Licensed Barber where your talent can be displayed!
